So I'm considering moving all future blog posts to a Serendipity CMS system http://bbbburns.com/blog/.

It wasn't too much work to make an RSS feed that dumped ALL of my old entries into the new CMS system..

After that I had some formatting issues that were quickly fixed with

update serendipity.serendipity_entries s, www.blog b
set s.body = b.blogText
where s.title = b. title

Which was just amazing..

I just got back from Networkers in Cali and now it's time to take a trip to Vegas for Defcon.

As soon as I get back from Defcon I'll be headed to a Dropkick show somewhere near some sort of beach.

Problem Description:
Need beer and money.

Action Plan:
Get my CCNA before the end of July and pull in 750 bucks.


So work is offering an incentive to get your CCNA.. I hadn't really considered this because it's the lowest level cert you can get.. and I already passed my CCIE voice written. It's like going back and doing 9th grade over again.

For a few bucks though... I'll do it.


In other news... I've scheduled my CCIE voice lab for Nov 20th. Need to study!

One word will summarize this weekend.

Mustache


The weekend of the Mustache party was upon us. Everyone had worked as hard as they possibly could for weeks (or a few days for some) to grow the most glorious Mustache possible.

I went with a T formation


Jesse went with the very awesome southern extended mustache.


I think the general consensus was that Jesse won the mustache contest.

Heather even rocked out the stache


Amy was wearing a surprised mustache



As with any of our parties, there was drunken ridiculousness


Rey brought a whole bunch of hotties. I don't have any good pictures.. but it was awesome.

There was some flip cup, some beer pong, and some drunk sets.

All in all it was a great night. A night to be remembered.
